Chaplain and CelebrantStephen Hulbert is a Senior Chaplain and Wedding Celebrant. He is ordained by the International Fellowship of Chaplains to perform the rite of marriage as a minister/reverend in the location of your choice. With these qualifications, Mr. Hulbert can be a good choice as officiant for interdenominational or nondenominational weddings. Stephen Hulbert will meet with you for a free consultation, then for a ceremony and wedding vow planning meeting and also for a rehearsal at your venue. This process need not take months to complete, (many churches require lengthy preparations) so we can be ready when you are. The day of the ceremony he will arrive one hour prior to the wedding and be certain the ceremony runs smoothly. He will also witness the signing of the marriage license and mail it in. He is available for weekend and weekday evening weddings.
